We came in a few weeks ago, 3/08/25 to be exact. Our first stop after a 6hr drive up from Durango. So excited to be in the store, my wife absolutely loved 14er as a product! We got checked in and 2 people came in behind us. Well, they let the lady who came in behind us in first... We waited a few more minutes, they called the 2nd person in... (Not online orders) We
looked into the window and there was 2 male workers sitting in chairs and on their phones. By this time nearly 20 minutes had gone by. So we left. Very disappointing experience. My wife hasn't bought any 14er products since. That really was disheartening to see that a place with such a great product has workers who seem to just not care.

Weed is fire, customer service is garbage. I fell in the entry way because there are no rugs and it’s winter. That’s fine. But then, the woman at the counter straight up pretended it didn’t happen. Super rude, just ask if I’m ok. And the guy is unhelpful and rude. He spoke down to me about flavor profiles and wasn’t friendly and didn’t make conversation. But the weed is so good, so I’ll go back.

Used to be the finest weed in the state. Now it's lackluster at best. Used to be sticky and dank and really get you high. Now the quality is way down, dry buds or weed that has no effect like their blackberry kush. Colorado weed quality has gone down the toilet. 14er is still better than most but the stuff I got in the 80s for 100 an ounce blows this away and just last year they were good. Starting to wonder in there's a government conspiracy to breed impotent weed that has no effect.

14er is one of the best dispensaries still operating! I’m not sure if they’ve been bought out by a large corporation like every other dispensary but it doesn’t seem like it. Almost all of their products are made at their own facility. Their quality has only gotten better in recent years and remains at the best price of anything on the recreational market. I pretty much exclusively smoke rosin and flower and their in-house products are pretty much all I am smoking anymore. They seem to be the only company who not only focuses on quality but caters to a CO friendly budget. With the rising cost of living they ensure the average Joe can still come home to some high terpene rosin without breaking the bank.

Every time I go in, Mike is happy to greet me and talk terps. Mike makes sure I get the best deals and always lets me know if I have points available. It’s refreshing to be able to walk into a dispensary and know that the budtender is equally knowledgeable on cannabis. If I see Mike at the counter I know that I’m gonna leave happy and get home to something tasty.

There is nothing worse, in my opinion, than walking into a dispensary and the budtender knowing much less (or nothing at all) about cannabis. This is brought on by mass buy-outs by corporations since CO let them come in and buy out from out of state a few years back. The quality in the state has dropped on the legal market and because corporations want to cut costs, they fire the knowledgeable workers and replace them with incompetent and inexperienced people so that they can pay them less.

Thank you to 14er (whether you’ve gone corporate or not) for staying true to your mission and providing quality cannabis products for an extremely affordable price. I will continue to shop here and hopefully nothing will ever change!

I come all the way from Denver because 14er is my favorite dispensary. I love their pods & flower. Customer service is 10/10. Jenna has so sweet & took the time to explain different stains. Dan was also super helpful with suggestions to replace Magik (my favorite 😭😭😭) Will be back & highly recommend!

Each time an out of state friend/family is visiting and they ask which is the best dispensary, I always tell them it’s 14er Boulder! I don’t partake however each time I recommend the reviews and excitement of what they’ve purchased is always outstanding!!
The good:

Flower packed and sealed in recyclable cans that can last months if stored correctly

Wide selection of strain specific products for each category
Pay with debit and credit cards , with fees
They always remind and provide a copy of the Colorado information on concentrates

The not so great:
If you don’t live in Boulder it’s a small(and beautiful)drive to get here, but well worth it!
If you pay with a debit or credit card there are third party fees that drive the price up so bring cash!
Only one location, please add a second location in and around Denver 😁
There has been a few rare instances when the seal on the flower is opened, HIGHly recommend checking each can to verify that it looks good and the seal is set! The tenders don’t mind when I ask to ensure my guests order is perfect out the door

The concentrate is good for the price. Took a chance and got some bud and all their strains seem to be hermaphroditic, with thousands of immature white seeds, which is the case for most dispos, which imparts a harsh taste and impedes thc production, I’ve been a grower for major dispos as well as grown my own for over a decade prior to being a consumer. Might be time to start over again on the flower side guys.
