I visited the 4hands salon and was absolutely delighted! Master Lyudmila did an amazing manicure with a beautiful and original design that perfectly matched my wishes. I have very sensitive skin, and Lyudmila was extremely careful, which was especially important for me. She not only took all my preferences into account but also created the exact design I asked for, down to the smallest details. The salon has a pleasant atmosphere, and the tools are sterile, which inspires confidence. Lyudmila is a true professional, and it was easy and enjoyable to communicate with her. I will definitely come back and recommend this salon and master to all my friends!

I recently had a hard gel pedicure for $120 at this salon and was very disappointed with the experience for a couple of reasons. Shortly after the appointment, I noticed that my nails were not fully cured. I contacted the owner about this issue, and she offered to fix it for free.

During the follow-up appointment, I encountered another situation. The color applied was very transparent and did not match the sample I had chosen. When I asked the technician about this and requested a second coat, she blamed me, saying I had picked the wrong color. She insisted that the color was not suitable for a pedicure and therefore appeared transparent, even though I had selected it from their samples given to me.

After tipping the technician and getting ready to leave, I was unexpectedly asked to make a payment, despite the owner’s offer of a free fix. I texted the owner for clarification.

The owner responded that I had requested a full pedicure with the technician, Martha, and that the free fix was only meant for a polish redo.

I want to clarify that I did not request a full service with the technician. Also this appointment took less than one hour, and I had no reason to believe her service was not part of their effort to correct their previous work.

It seems there was no previous communication between the owner and the staff, as they were unaware of the purpose of my appointment and now they are blaming me for their mistake.

Since then, the owner has sent me several accusatory texts. She threatened me that she has video and voice recording and will prove her accusation.

I do not recommend this salon due to their poor workmanship and unprofessional behavior. It's unfortunate because this gives other talented Russian manicure artists in the Bay Area a bad reputation. I strongly urge others to find different Russian manicure artists and avoid this salon.

I really liked the studio. It's bright and incredibly cozy. And the service of having both manicure and pedicure done simultaneously allows me to get them done very quickly. The reclining chair is incredibly comfortable. Friendly staff. I recommend it to everyone.

What a lovely experience I had at this salon. I am usually stressed about the cleanliness and wondering if the tools had been sanitized. I had no concerns, the salon is bright, shiny and new and the service was wonderful! If you haven’t had a dry manicure / pedicure, I absolutely recommend it and I will be back 🙂

I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. I got a manicure was done perfectly. The salon was clean and everything was sanitary. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great manicure or pedicure. I will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful gel manicure and pedicure with Nastya and Daryna. A lot of attention was paid to making sure my nails look perfect. This level of detail takes time, so plan accordingly, but I couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon is also impeccably clean and bright, very well decorated. Already booked my return visit!

Excellent experience! The place is beautifully designed, very clean, staff is super friendly and welcoming. I needed a pedicure and Lesia definitely has an expertise and great skills. She did dry pedicure for me - first time I tried this and I'm very pleased. Lesia also gave me some useful advices about the nails care. The location is easy to find (and there is plenty of parking nearby).
