Hemla's color therapy course combines meditations, exercises, lectures and community all in one., and that's what makes it very appealing. I also love learning about color therapy and how it can provide insights into what is going on in my life.

I am halfway through the course and my favorite lesson so far was on color and prana/chi/ life force and how to access it. I am looking forward to the class on color and relationships and crystals and essential oils!
