Smooth online and in-person new patient registration. Seen reasonably quickly. Bit disappointed my referral issue couldn’t be resolved first visit, but nicely accommodated with a reasonably quick and fairly soon followup. Still better than prior dermatologist practice where I WAS a patient for decades!

Center was nice and clean with a kind greeting staff. As a new patient, I only waited about 15 minutes in the waiting room, and I was 10 minutes early, so make sure to fill out your paperwork through the portal they send.
Nurse was kind and asked clear questions, doctor was efficient and was clear and honest. Didn't push or make anything scary. Great experience, highly recommend!

Really happy I got recommended this place by a friend, all the staff was super sweet! I have gone to a different dermatologist in the past and I felt like the doctor from the past didn’t care enough to really look at my skin and ask questions, the doctor I saw today was so incredibly sweet, and she really took her time to ask questions to make sure she knew what I needed to help clear up my skin. Something I found really cool about this place is they did have an on site pharmacy so I was able to walk out of my appointment with 3/4 of the medications/creams the doctor prescribed me, that was a really huge plus for me. The one and only down side is the really small parking lot, I did have to park out on the street but that is a tiny price to pay for the very friendly environment this place has to offer, highly recommend this place and looking forward to my check up appointment 🙂

I really enjoyed my first visit nobody's ever paid mind to the to the problems that I've been having with my skin and my vitiligo and it was really good to finally have someone hear me out and believe me and care at least I never got that before I'm starting to see things for the first time positive

The office was clean; the front desk receptionists were very friendly and helpful; the medical assistant was very pleasant and the provider was tactful; throw and knowledgeable. The whole experience was awesome.

I have no idea what's going on but apparently my consolation appointment was wiped clean from their system. They have no records of me being there and the call center guy wants me to investigate with my insurance as if I know what kinds of codes and protocols I'm supposed to even follow. What the actually ef. I guess I'll just go somewhere else. I think the 5 star reviews that this clinic has is completely fabricated... Sketchy.
