I had the amazing opportunity several weeks ago to have Jennifer as my massage therapist. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire appointment. I had the sugar/salt scrub massage and it was WONDERFUL. I also had several questions during my massage in regards to my three year old daughter that she was able to address, and even took the time to show me my concerns even though they weren’t directly related to the services she was providing me. Overall a great experience!!

Jennifer is amazing at what she does! She is so sweet and friendly that I was comfortable from the moment I met her. The massage was wonderful and I couldn’t have felt more relaxed. I also had a foot detox and it was incredible. I would highly recommend!

BEST "HEALING" MASSAGE! My favorite way to splurge on myself is having a SPA day. I will admit I have experienced many massages and hands down this master massage was the best. I do not live in this area. If I did, Jennifer at Healing Essence Massage would be on my calendar weekly.

Very bad customer service. Was yelled at and hung up on and then told I was the one being hateful, I had messaged the owner to try and resolve an issue over a $120 gift certificate I got my son for Christmas, but was of course blocked lol don't waste your money!

The response below is so far from what happened, of course she has to try and make things look good on her part. She did not hear the conversation on the phone today, nor did she even ask or want to see what I the customer had to say. Maybe if her calls are recorded she could post the call!! The ONLY harassing and bullying have been from this place!! The level of maturity is definitely being seen . I have nothing else to say to this crazy. Just beware!!!!!
