Low pressure sales model with a friendly security check in. All of the employees try to make you feel welcome and you don't feel like they're pushing you on your expedited decision to get you out the door (unlike some dispensaries in the region).

First time yesterday was a major success. Scored some real deal old school kush from BLEM. And a crazy Sativa. Best weed I’ve smoked in a long time. Expensive flower but worth every penny. Above normal customer service too. I’ll be back!

Rude, unprofessional management.

Had spent about 15 minutes working with an employee on my purchases and discussing our mutual interest in cannabis. As I was getting ready to pay the manager came over and told his employee to “hustle up, there are more important things to do” right in front of me. I was the only customer in the store, with several other employees available and was purchasing their highest priced goods at my limit.

Beyond the poor CS, pricing is high and the budtenders while very friendly, lack quite a bit of genuine, deeper than surface level knowledge about product. I cancelled my purchase and walked out but I’m still sitting here curious, what exactly is more important than a paying customer at the cash register?
