I come this store because the location is convenient for me, but today will definitely be the last time I make any future purchases here. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Being in the costumer service industry I understand how important it is to make your guests feel welcome & neither of the ladies there did that. Both were on their phones the entire time, and I had to wait for the lady who rang me out to get off her phone to acknowledge that I was there. She was rude and unprofessional. She ran my card so much it flagged as fraud, now I have to wait a few days for the reversal to be back into my account. After this experience, I’ll gladly drive the extra 20 minutes to Hoover for my supplies.
