I, sadly, wasn’t able to even experience the salon. But I’m here to review the process of trying to set up an appointment. I was asked so many questions, so many, but not one of them was as to give my credit card number, which I would have happily done if asked to secure my appointment. Then, per the credit card rule, my appointment was canceled, leaving me without my much needed hair coloring and fixing before a VERY important event coming up. It’s too late to re-book for that date. I’ve never been so disappointed before with a salon without anyone even touched my hair 😢😢

I absolutely adore this salon. Rachael has been absolutely amazing and always makes me feel so welcomed. She always touches up my bleached blonde hair and always does a beautiful job when I know my hair is a pain!

Made an appointment 6 months ago for a wedding updo at the hotel. Was told I had an appointment. Come time I had to remake my appointment and now we're unable to come to my hotel communication is lack luster at best.Also the lady was unable to do the hair style she stated she could. The style lily did do was jyst ok the bun way loose and the French brade was just a brade not a French brade , not my first choice. Also extremely expensive in my view

I got a great facial from Dora. My skin feels so nice and soft. She is knowledgeable and gives you helpful aftercare advice. I got anti-aging facial which includes a nice shoulder, arm and hand massage. Very happy with Dora. Will come again when I visit Ukiah. Thank you.
