Do not come here for a facial. Mistakes happen but find another medspa to give your business to if you would like a place that takes accountability for their mistakes.

I came here for a $175 hydrofacial which they “recommend to anyone needing to refresh before an event or special occasion” (their own words from their website). The esthetician said there would be no down time but these are the results: scarring and hyperpigmentation.

The owner, Stephanie, looked at it the following day and said the results were normal; it’ll heal in a few days like a hickey.
Then she backtracked her answer to “you probably booked a service special.”
THEN she delegated fault to the esthetician because she’s new.
THEN she changed back to her original response when it actually wasn’t some training promo.
THEN Stephanie blamed my skin congestion to justify the esthetician’s roughness.

IF THE OWNER THINKS THIS IS NORMAL, IS THIS HAPPENING TO OTHER PEOPLE?

The owner had no forethought to offer a refund nor to proactively provide services to fix any scarring and hyperpigmentation.
Stephanie kept asking, “Well, what do you want us to do? You tell me.”
When I asked her what she’d do if this happened to her face. Her reply: “Nothing. I’d moisturize and put sunblock.”

I ended up asking for a refund and any products that could help with healing. “You want a refund? Fine, we can do that.” She quickly left the room like she couldn’t be bothered to talk to me. I’m including a picture of the tiny moisturizers she gave.

Comparing it to a hickey, Stephanie said it would resolve in a few days. It has taken TWO WEEKS for my scarring and hyperpigmentation to even out.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A FACIAL.

This will forever be where I go from this point forward! Ashley Murphy did my Dysport and then lip filler. My lips look amazing, she gave me exactly what I was hoping for. I just don’t think I could go to anyone else at this point, she is amazing.

On my way out, I saw they offered ear piercing so I brought my little girl in a couple weeks later! Absolutely phenomenal experience, they use a piercing needle and NOT a gun. They have earrings there, but we brought our own!
