The rooms are always cleaned, the neighbors are friendly and most importantly motel 6 are pet friendly. I travel a lot for work and it’s nice to know that my dog Dallas a cocker spaniel mixed terrier is always welcomed

Staff is unreasonable and do not accommodate reservation requests and when you call them on it they say well you just can stay here anymore. The mattresses are old and dilapidated. Lake Elsinore's Motel 6 mattresses are so much better and they don't slide around. They treated a 27 year 100% handicap military veteran very poorly. They don't belong in our city.

Survived 2 nights here. First thing I found was that the outlet at the bathroom counter didn't work so I had to style my hair in the poorly lit room area. The toilet is set super low. I'm short so it wasn't such a long drop for me, but my husband was kissing his knees sitting on the pot. After taking my shower, then walking around the room doing stuff, my feet were filthy. The mattress was lumpy and the pillows were flat. As stated by others - no coffee or toiletries in the room.

The best thing about this location is the pull through parking for our truck.

It was my nightmare 😔 I couldn't go anywhere because they said that our pets weren't allowed to be alone there. So I have to stay with them All the time while my husband was doing some errands and we just took the dogs out with us so guess what, the trip was just for the dogs apparently😭 😭 😭 😭

The front desk was very rude… we checked in at 7:30 pm and wanted to go swimming… there was only 2 towels in our room and we had 3 people… when we checked in we asked for a couple extra towels and we were told that house keeping had already left for the day and they didn’t have any extra towels.
When the 3 of us woke up in the morning we had bug bites all over us.
