I need 60 cookies from the bakery for my class to decorate. The lady who helped me (Sam) was very kind and easy to work with. Everyone was friendly and they actually were able to save me some money by helping me place an order instead of buying the prepackaged dozens. I’ll be back because of how helpful everyone here always is!

Whoever Brian is and said that Emmy was the worst cashier is lying! Believe it or not I was in line when this happened and he was the typical grumpy old man that is always going to have something to complain about. He made that up to make her look bad because Emmy is the sweetest and most attentive cashier they have in this place. I don’t see anything wrong with trying to have a conversation with the customers you’re helping. Anyway give Emmy a raise!

Fairly good but I don't like how they enforce the lines. I know they all do it but this one seems over-the-top. For example I see a lady coming to open the a new register. So I get out of my line and move to it. The checker tells the lady that was behind me that she's first. I try to point this out to the checker but she'll have nothing to do with it. Finally the lady tells the checker politely how she was behind me. Checker still doesn't get it. And she's a manager there. Somebody said the argument was because I liked the color of the checkers eyes. I tried to deescalate by agreeing to it. Seriously though this is something that always happens in today's culture. The alert are not rewarded. It's like teaching to the worst kid in the class. Or promoting based on seniority instead of merit. It's woke nonsense and it simply leads to bad feelings for no good reason. Unless it is a reward for checkers so they can act like little fiefdom bosses.

My family and I had a great experience at this location. We worked with the manager Miranda on the special situation. She was very accommodating and showed a lot of empathy and compassion for our situation. The entire staff at the store it's also very accommodating. We truly appreciate the fact that they are giving back to the community and not hesitating to show love and kindness.

New to the area and this is now my store! Barbara, the cashier was helpful and knowledgeable! My daughter got a balloon and it made her day!

The cashiers at this location have been extremely passive aggressive the past few months. Especially with older customers, parents with children, or people with limited english there is very little patience and often noticable hostility. I've had several different cashiers vent and complain to their bagger (or me on some occasions!) about the customer ahead of me who just left.

I generally don't care how cashiers behave (I know first hand that it's an emotionally tiring job) but its getting so consistently negative and unprofessional. A self checkout machine would somehow be a more positive social interaction. I like Stater Bros but I'm changing grocery stores because of how much I'm beginning to dread the check out experience.
