The blind boxes are really overpriced and that's my biggest issue with Miniso. Besides that, it's kawaii overload and worth a visit.

I just went here today, and the items in the store are way too expensive! I was trying to find pencils and all I saw were pens. The only kind of pencils I saw were huge ones! Everything was cute, and the music was nice, but when they played another song, the song had swear word! Imagine if a little child heard that!

Affordable, adorable and dangerously addictive, Miniso is sort of like the Chinese version of Daiso with a sprinkle of extra cuteness.

The Palo Alto store is predominantly focused on cute plushies, toys and mystery boxes from your favorite IP.

The place is large and stuffed to the brim. It's clean but it's only just opened so hopefully it stays that way. The staff is friendly and cheerful.

It's on University so parking can get tricky during peak times.

Overall, if you are looking for cute plushies, this may be the store for you

I gave one star because I was there today (1/13/25) and the night lamp we bought for my son was missing parts and did not work. We bought the lamp last Sunday.( 1/5/25 )There was a seven-day return or replacement period. The cashier said there was nothing he could do about it. I asked the cashier to take look at the lamp and tell me why it was not working. He insisted there was nothing I could do because he could not log into the system. I was left disappointed with a broken, damaged toy with missing parts. Delivery. They sell broken and damaged things to people, but they can’t do anything about it 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 this is my experience and I am not happy about it.

Huge store with lots of inventory. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. I hope this location sticks around for a long time. Turnover tends to be high on University. The staff told us it's the largest Miniso in the US!

Dangerous place LOL...! Whether for myself or gifts for friends, I can't avoid getting something here - it's all so cute!
