I had an amazing experience at Habibi's with Ines. It was my first time there. She was very warm and welcoming. She asked lots of questions about the hair color that I wanted and style. Ines spent a lot of time with me. The results were really good. I am so relieved to find another great stylist after my hairstylist retired.

I have been going to Habibis for several years. Ines always takes the time to listen and make sure she understands what before she proceeds. She has done an outstanding job with my color and highlights and has mended my hair back to shiny health (from many years of color). She uses top quality products and never tries to up-sell. In the rare cases that I wasn't 100% satisfied, she always invited me back and made sure I wouldn't leave until I was absolutely happy. I would highly recommend her services.

The customer service was great, easy to book appointment, friendly staff. However, I was very unsatisfied with my haircut, especially given the cost of $80 and over an hour in time. My hairdresser seemed inexperienced and my haircut came out looking very sloppy. I should have read the full reviews from others in advance and book with the owner instead.

Update: the owner Ines reached out to me and offered to fix my haircut. She scheduled an appointment for me promptly and did a great job evening out the ragged edges. She was so pleasant to interact and converse with, I would definitely go back to her!

Hadn't gotten my haircut in over a year and Habibi's was the best place to go for the job! I have long, thick hair and the cut cost about $70, but definitely worth it. They made my hair look so healthy and styled it nicely at the end. I have part of my head shaved and they even did a bit of styling and design on that part. Will definitely go back there for my next cut.

Stella did an EXCELLENT short/pixie do. She was also really personable and lovely, working with me to achieve a slightly different look that I ultimately liked much better than previous haircuts. I recently saw Mrs. Ines here for cut and color for the first time. I walked out with highlights and a short hair cut (went from long to short) that I absolutely love! Mrs. Ines took the time to talk to me about my hair and how I like to wear and style my hair. She also took time to cut my hair based on what my hair likes to do on its own...everything from my hair part, cow lick, and natural body. My color is also lovely. She has an exceptional eye for style and color. So happy to have found Habibi's! A true hidden gem in Menlo Park!
