I absolutely love this Sally's! I drive out of the way to go to this one, mostly because of the sweet lady that always seems to be working. She is super helpful and always such a ray of sunshine! She has recommended products to me that I now get all the time. She remembers me and I leave happy and with a smile because of her. I only go to this Sally's.

They never know what they're talking about. I went in today to ask about a base coat to go with color and top coat. The woman had no clue this existed outside of a gel system at a salon. I literally told her you don't need anything except the bottle for each of these things. I went right over to the nail polish, and found what I needed in 10 seconds. Not only didn't she have a clue about the processes; but about the inventory. Every time I come here, it's pretty much just to verify what the color or size of something looks like.

This is the second time I have went to this location, and both times I was disappointed. The staff are very RUDE, and do not offer to help you find a product at all. I looked at several hair products, and asked an associate about whether or not the store carried a particular brand. She stated, "No", then walked off. Later, while still browsing, I found that they did have products from this brand. Either she plain out didn't care, or does not know this store's products. Horrible location. Will not go here again.
