Surplus of hair & beauty ? products. Very organized ?. Fantastic customer service. Ms. Ivy is the best!!! I went into the shop, not knowing what to get for my severely tangled hair. Ms. Ivy related to my situation and suggested products for me to purchase. She did not upsale either. She was very patient to assist. I appreciate the great customer service that was provided. Love the new bags and absolutely awesome customer service.

No bad attitudes here (as though you're being done a favor)!

Just friendly, helpful and courteous helpers that make you feel like family!

We even chatted about their first Easter after opening in Feb 1983 when it was the only place I found items for my toddlers hair.

Oh and did I say great selection!!!

super fast! They were a life saver for my last event. I forgot to order products and my box came in 2 days. I was not expecting that! Amazing and quick service, great prices, fresh products that never leak. I don't know why I haven't created an account yet lol, I probably order from them more than they realize. Went to this beauty supply store and the black cashier was watching my husband and I like we were thieves. I can understand the ignorance of other ethnicities watching you as if you're going to steal but your own people following you through the store? I will NEVER shop here again. There are too many stores that sell the same products.
