So I have been going to this 7-11 for a couple of months, and I usually never have any complaints but these past couple of times I've went in this Pakistani guy with long hair, usually has it in a ponytail and a full beard has been very rude and bad at customer service recently. I was using my 7-11 app to redeem the $4 meal deal of two slices of pizza and a large Big Gulp drink. While I have used this redeem deal twice already, I never had any problems with the manager with the glasses or another cashier following this to the fine print, but this SPECIFIC man that I've detailed has been very rude and tries to rip people off on deals THEY MAKE. I showed him the deal and he proceeded to get it ready, I got my drink and he rings me up but he tried giving me only ONE SLICE OF PIZZA WHEN THE DEAL CLEARLY SAYS TWO SLICES, so I had to correct him and I even had to show him the deal again, WHEN HE READ IT THE FIRST TIME and he wanna act like he's dyslexic. Even the manager looked at him like "WTH you doing, he comes here almost every night". If you can't read, why do you have a job that requires you to do so to ensure accuracy, efficiently, and to keep your customers satisfied. Highly recommend you don't deal with this guy.

If I could give zero, I would.
Change of ownership happened. In my time at this store. I ALWAYS found it as the standard...and I've been ALL over California: Clean, Counters wiped, vending machines very much looked clean...
What Happened?
My Wife usually grabs a Big Gulp so she can get a lot of Ice (which wasn't working but the counter person did let us know.) but it was the presentation of the soda machine she or I didn't like. It was very dirty, very unclean. Not Good! This is My City's 7-11. You want to lose patrons? Keep up the poor cleanliness.

I live close to this 711, yesterday went to grab cup of coffee, it was like water and had to use microwave to heat, tonight again water is like cold water and used microwave to warm, two guys working and what isthe point of wasting money if no one makes fresh coffee? Time 11:52pm, I know rest of the coffee is turned to be closed but opened Regular And colombia coffe but waste of time. Now what? Should I stop by tomorrow tomget cold coffee?

What did I like about it? Nothing. Most of the employees are rude and unaccomodating to their customers. They never scan your phone for the 7-eleven app, instead promising 'I'll scan it next time," every time. Worse instead is when the apps and surrounding 7-elevens promote 'Buy a slurpee, get another equal size free!', this particular store claims 'it's broken, buy one get one free not working', and forces the customer to pay for both. Never coming back again.

This is the worst 711 i ever been to . I already called corporate but this is so everyone else can know . This is now the second time this happened. 3 lady’s just stand by the cash register very loud and laughing making you feel real uncomfortable. She rings my stuff up backs up and laughs . I ask her do they carry a tobacco product and points to a aisle and starts laughing again . We all know your tobacco products are behind you . Very very rude . Very very unprofessional . I will never be back .
