This is a great place to stay if you are interested in purely location. If you are planning on just being in the room to sleep and then go out to eat/ski every day, it’s a great place.
If you plan to spend any long period of time in this condo, look somewhere else. Both the chairs in the living room were broken, our table had bolts falling out of it, the shower liners had mold on them, as well as the ceiling of the showers had mold, and the fans were covered in dust. There was also an unknown puddle of water coming from a locked door within the condo, we threw a towel over it, but it never dried up.

We are having a really great stay at this condo. Location is ideal. ski in and a short walk to the lift (200 yards). The condo is rustic and comfy. The furniture and beds are good!

They do a great job of stocking the place including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. All the kitchen condiments are there as well.

The owner and staff are wonderful as well! Very solicitious. I grabbed the key for the ski locker instead of the room key when we went out to dinner. I called them and the owner came over right away to let us in and would not accept a tip!

Stayed here with my family, and hands down the place had a warm home feeling! The condo was nice and spacious. It had all the essentials for our stay! I will definitely be returning next year. Everything needed is walking distance from food to entertainment. The scenery was just perfect!

We stayed in Unit 5B at this property for 2 weeks. Very comfortable and well furnished. The location is fabulous and convenient to all things Breck. The office staff were great. As we were leaving we had a surprise visitor. Would certainly stay again.

Great condo complex. Great location to ski out. Hot tubs everywhere. And Dave is the man! He saved our trip!

Reasonably priced condo within walking distance of main street. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub was around the corner attached to another building. Parking would be tight during peak season. Will consider staying again if we return.

We spent a few nights here at this location, the rooms were worn but had a cosy feel. It was fairly easy walk to everything as well.

Terrible.
I was promised a second floor condo. Yet we had to travel 33-34 steps which is technically a 3rd floor unit (google it). When I raised a concern and left three messages with Ash Fielder when I was still there I never received a call back. I traveled with my 80 year old mother.

After a month I called again and she finally answered the phone after multiple messages. She hung up on me when I suggested she change the post or resolve the issue and was very unprofessional. I requested to speak with higher management and she refused to offer any information to contact someone else.

I will never stay here again.

Also 2 hot tubs advertised but only one open. I never found the pool.
