The salon is always a pleasant place to be. It is definitely a family atmosphere where I feel my needs are heard and I feel taken care of. Christina is very skilled and knowledgeable. She is kind and careful to make sure my hair looks great! I love their hair products. They smell good and they make my hair very healthy. I have never left unhappy. Ive been going to A Nu Do salon for a couple of years. Always with Krystal. Always easy to make appointments, I rarely have to wait to be seated. My experience with Krystal has always been great. I feel heard when she asks about what I want for my haircut. The whole experience is generally very positive and the atmosphere is calm. Ill be coming back in the summer to do some highlights! 😊

Our family has been seeing Kris at the salon. Kris does a great job talking with my kids, asking them what they want, and giving them the BEST hair cuts that grow out. After seeing and experiencing such a great job on the kids, I decided to get my hair done. I’m so low maintenance and Kris always makes sure to take that in account when she does my hair. She’s even done my big chop. Thanks Kris for helping us all be brave with new styles!

I should have checked Yelp who verify reviews unlike Google. See pics. Included pic of my “vibrant red hair” taken 17 days before my appointment.

In response to the owner:
I’m unsurprised that you accept no fault. Yes I leave warranted bad reviews I also leave as many 5 star reviews for great service. You lost all credibility when you said I insulted the stylist. That’s not at all anything I’d ever do. Totally unprofessional. I kept my mouth shut as she scrubbed bleach/dye into my hair with a brush, washed it out and said “wow that’s very orange” and started brushing at it and said “your hair is very tangley”. I remained polite the whole time despite how worried I was due to being used to a more professional setting. Like I said due to both me and my stylist taking vacations, our schedules just couldn’t line up and I tried y’all out. If you felt my hair wasn’t something you could work with you should have suggested an alternate service as I was completely open to suggestions as I mentioned upon arrival.

My worst salon experience so far. Got dye on my favorite jeans and tried to charge me $190 (talked her down to $150, I’m an idiot for paying anything at all) for greenish brown color that’s is uneven and a multitude of colors reddish one side greenish the other. No cut. The dye they use smells like rotting cabbage. There was a lot of hair that was old and dusty under the shelves. They didn’t seem to have the right tools, a brush but no comb. The stylist had long fake nails and they got in the way of a good shampoo. She looked concerned the whole time and unsure and when I asked for reassurance like will those stripes blend in and does it look ok will it look ok she was like hmm yeah I think so. I could have done a much better job myself without totally frying my hair with bleach. It’s so damaged. If you can’t do light brown just say so.

Christina did my hair for the first time recently and I ended up absolutely LOVING my hair. She achieved the bright blonde look I wanted despite me having some leftover darker dye in my hair still. AND she kept my hair healthy! Christina really took her time and was meticulous even though I have a lot of hair. Also truthfully she is really skilled at what she does. I love it when she does my hair. It comes out gorgeous and perfect everytime. <3
