Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll come back. I’ve gotten massages for years and atmosphere is such a big part of the experience. While the massage therapist did her job well, there were multiple disruptions with the sound system during my 90 minute massage. At one point she had to leave the room to fix it which just really took away from the tranquility you expect from a luxury service. When I mentioned it at checkout, I was not offered a credit or discount for the distruptions. All she said was “that’s weird I’ll talk to Kristy about that”. I don’t know who Kristy is but I felt like I didn’t get the quality of service to make me want to return. Consistent atmosphere is important, you aren’t just paying for the service itself.The therapist even apologized multiple times so I know she didn’t like that it happened either. She said she “wanted a redo”. Me too girl, me too. Disappointing. I’ll book elsewhere.

I got three facials done at Cedar & Magnolia Day Spa. I was new to facials and let them know it was my first experience. The first two were amazing! On the third, we did a more extensive treatment. That night, my face began to burn and turn red and blotchy. I called them the following morning to ask what could be done. They essentially told me it was my fault for having the wrong face routine at home. They had me purchase $120 in face wash and oil to help. After two more days my face was still red and burning. I came in and they had me purchase $50 more in face cream, after telling me they thought my face looked fine. They did not take ownership for damaging my skin and did not make it right.

I have had some of the best services at the Spa. I had a manicure and pedicure by Kiana. She was excellent. She listened to everything I asked for and she was very meticulous. Highly recommend.
Also I've had facials by Sage . She is absolutely amazing.! Besides knowing what to do with my skin, she is very knowledgeable and confident and so I'm relaxed whenever I'm there. I love my facials. I think I have a new place to go to get my manicures and pedis too. I've been looking for a good place close by. And I found it.

Took my two daughters in for their first professional facial. The aestheticians were amazing. Treated us all wonderfully and made the experience so special. Not to mention their skin was soft and glowing. Atmosphere was great. I can’t wait to go myself and enjoy all the amenities.

Lexi was my technician for a manicure with gel polish today and did great! She paid attention to detail and did a meticulous job! The custom salt scrub felt amazing! She is also the sweetest person! Thank you Lexi!!

Mother days gift from my husband. Massage was a little more rough than I expected. Facial was so fantastic and the gal was so nice. The gal who did my nails was seriously the sweetest but I was not happy with them once I stepped foot into the daylight. When my husband called, he was told the bubbling nail polish was my fault, but I was told they were dry and I’m good to go and was walked out to go pay. I did put shoes on after having my toes done first and then a manicure done, after 45min of them being painted they were completely dry, but was told they look like this as soon as I walked out of there because of my shoes. Pretty much cried my way home. Not the day I had planned.

To add: I was late for my appointment, and they were extremely accommodating. So it wasn’t the worst experience, they all seem very nice. I’m just so disappointed in my nails. I live over an hour away, so it’s not an easy travel to come get them fixed.
