First time in Kate Spade and Never again... cashier didn't acknowledge us... give me my total... thank me or say goodbye or goodnight. I might as well have been invisible or they might as well put a self check out. I will never shop or purchase a Kate Spade again. Will be calling corporate in the morning.

When I walked into the store I was being followed by their employee. I confirmed it when I went to one side of the store and then went across. He kept standing very close to me despite COVID restrictions. I didn’t say anything so as to not cause a scene. I actually felt discouraged to purchase anything from that store directly. I believe the employees need to be attentive to their customers and not racially judged or profile anyone given the current circumstances.
