The ladies are nice here, however, 90% of my lashes fell out in a day and a half despite following proper aftercare. I called within the 3 day deadline they offered to fix the lashes free of charge, but I let them know I couldn't go in same day because I was sick (recently tested positive for covid) and asked if I could schedule it for a later day. I understand that scheduling later could mean that more lashes fall off and in turn create more work as opposed to fixing it within the 3 days, but in my case, most of the lashes had already fallen off (left eye has no remaining lashes and right eye has very few) the reason for the poor review is the fact that they didn't give me any options. No discount or anything was offered if I were to have to go in and get a new set once again because they all fell off so prematurely. So that was money down the drain for me unfortunately..

Worst eyelash service, they took over 2 hours for a full set. When service was done looked like 2 week old lashes. Had to go to my regular lash girl to fix the job not completed horrible job would not recommend to anyone

My absolute favorite place to get my lashes done. Angie does the best job ever. I'm super picky & have tried a dozen different places. I've even moved about half an hour away & still get my lashes done here!

I really like the staffs here, girl are friendly, super sweet. I got my lashes done by Anna and they are incredible! It’s been two weeks since I’ve gotten them done, and they are still looking wonderful.

I highly recommend UPUP Lash Beauty. The staff is very helpful and nice. They reply very fast to all messages and quick to get an appointment. They even follow up with you to see if you are satisfied with your service. They are very quick with lashing and don't rush just to get you in and out they do a great job! If anyone is looking for a new lash tech I would recommend giving them a chance, they even have specials for first time customers.
