Pharmacy employees are always pleasant and quick to fill prescriptions.

Received a vaccine today (on a Sunday). The folks at the Chelsea Walgreen's Pharmacy are always very quick, efficient, professional and kind.

I wish that this pharmacy had the Japanese Encephalitis, TICS Traveler’s, and HPV Vaccinations. Their vaccination options are quite limited here. I think that can be improved.

The worst. The disrespect that I just experienced when my mother called back WHILE I WAS STANDING IN THE STORE, they put her on hold and NEVER picked the phone back up, was appalling (to say the least). I just needed to pick up her medication for her migraines and then they continued to say that that’s not what the medication is used for as if her migraine specialist didn’t prescribe it to her and it hasn’t worked for preventing her migraines for years now. She has chronic migraines and there are hundreds of studies showing this medication works especially on those who are unresponsive to other medications(I got all that in a Google search while waiting). Overall review, glad they can count pills correctly and the drs are the ones prescribing the medication. Many of the pharmacist that work there are kind and patient, but the blonde lady with the attitude needs to find a job that doesn’t require customer interactions.

I have been a customer at Walgreens for 15 years. Love the pharmacy and people that work there. Earlier this week my husband, grandson and I got vaccines there. Everything went great and for each shot I got $10 cash reward coupon. I received 8 of them. Went to buy some things today and was told that each purchase had to be a separate transaction which was fine. After 3 the manager came over and said I could not use more than one per day and that what I was doing was against store policy. Then he accused me of collecting coupons from other people. I said I would not be back and his response was "good!" Left and went to Walgreens at Lee Branch. Manager was more than nice and made sure I could use the rest of my coupons. NEVER GO TO WALGREENS IN CHELSEA WITH COUPONS THAT THEY GAVE YOU. Drive to Lee Branch. That is not what customer service is about.

Pharmacy customer service is almost non existent. One experience was that was there to pick up my pain medication. I was told they screwed up on getting my prescription by filling it too early so they put the pills back into their supply. I came in on the day it was supposed to be ready and was told that the pills would now not be available for 4 hours. I told them I live 20 miles from there and they told me basically "tough noogies". I had used the Ross Bridge Walgreens for years and those people were the best .

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and it is not like it used to be. The staff is judgemental and rude. They do not care about you. They have out right lied to me and treated me poorly. Please do not go here. The blonde pharmacist is a Karen and should be fired. Take your business to Chelsea Apothecary where they actually care about you and take care of their customers. I will be going there from now on.

If I could give Walgreen zero starts I would. We’ve used this Walgreens for years but something has changed. The staff doesn’t work with the customers at all. They aren’t there to help you. I would take my business to the Chelsea Apothecary. Jeff will take care of you because he did for us.
