I booked my appointment yesterday pay the full price showed up 10 minutes early to a building that looks empty and it’s not being used anymore I cannot believe the type of service Tribe Trading Company is giving out I have called multiple times one of the numbers isn’t even in service anymore I’ve been leaving voicemails and now drove a hour for nothing- update I got a call days later telling me she’s just doing house calls I was curious because I been calling and it took her days after to message me. Mind you she wanted to schedule me next day when I paid ahead of time for a certain time and day for a reason because I work plus have to commute far I asked if we can pick another day she didn’t answer me till the day I asked and I was fustrated being respectful but expressing my frustrations with her she told me “I’m not touching your hair” if that was the case she could’ve refunded me in the beginning apologize for not updating her website and her services and let me know she’s doing house calls so if I want to book another appointment but instead I am still waiting for my $85 back from Venmo since I had to dispute it
