I have been self conscious about my brows for years. I am blond and my eyebrows are very blond as well. For years I have wanted to get them micro bladed but I have seen so many brows that do not turn out well especially on blondes. A friend of mine recommended Carmen to me and I could not be happier that she did. I have completed both of my brow appointments with her and they have turned out absolutely amazing! Carmen is so absolutely incredible. She has been in the business over 20 years and has taught classed to other professionals extensively in order to share her breadth of knowledge.
She transformed my meager eyebrows from years of over plucking. What is different about her is she makes it look completely natural.
Ok... so many people are doing brows but she gets the top of the line products and is often having to do corrections from bad brow jobs from others using cheap products from china or just not a good job. Facts!
Ok now for her upper and lower eyeliner tattoo. I was worried because I saw it on an MD(medical doctor) that has a medical esthetics company. Hers was not done by Carmen but I figured she would get the best. Hers looked terrible. Her lower lid liner was so far away from her lash line. It looked ridiculous.
But I took a chance on Carmen because I trusted her.
Oh... my... gosh... I can not sing her praises enough. THEY ARE PERFECTION. Again, SHE IS THE BEST. Best products best technique and true expertise. She is truly gifted and cares deeply about her craft and her clients.
But besides being fantastic and so highly skilled, she is also so down to earth, funny, compassionate and has a huge heart. She will take her time to explain everything and check up on you post treatment. I rarely write reviews because someone or something has to be so beyond outstanding. It's rare to find that.
Anyone receiving one of her many treatments will not be disappointed, I assure you.

I would go to Las Vegas to have them done at her other salon if I had to !! She has a salon.in Penngrove as well and that’s where I saw her today !
