My wife enjoys cider and we bought some our last time going through Boonville at a local grocer. This time we decided to stop and have a tasting because the place looks so inviting. We had a very nice time under the shade during our cider flight. And of course we had to buy a few bottles for the road. My wife enjoys cider and says these are some of the best she ever had. Staff is very friendly. Very dog friendly as well.

I enjoyed a bottle of apple cider while traveling through the area. This region is beautiful in November with fall colors decorating the vineyards. The cider is very sweet with rich and deep flavors. Absolutely the very best cider.

We stopped on our way back from the coast. The atmosphere is an outdoor setting with plenty of seating and shade. Th servers were super friendly and very informative on the products they were serving. The cider was top-notch. We bought several bottles of our favorites. The tasting was $20/person (2024), and the tasting is free is you buy 12 or more bottles.

The best apple pie and such fresh cider! ? ? You will love this fun outdoor space with tons of picnic tables and apple trees. Right next door to the state park for hiking through the redwoods and such a warm welcome from everyone who works here. Plus, they have alcoholic cider too! Dog-friendly (they even have their own dog: Flash the basset hound ?) - truly the perfect stop in Philo. Try it out!

Slushies!! Apple juice (non-alcoholic entirely from the organic orchards surrounding the property) and rosé (Gowan’s own estate wine + Anderson Valley Pinot noir). Astonishing!!

Totally OK to bring your picnic ? and there’s a buzz in the orchard that there will be a variety of picnic boxes available for purchase as of Summer 2021 ?

Wonderful tastings! Tastings were $20, and the fee was waved with the purchase of 12 bottles. They had a huge variety to taste too. The best part - the frozen drinks (alcoholic and nonalcoholic). As the DD, I wish more places would offer nonalcoholic options!
