I've always loved this place. Not only is it super awesome to walk around in, have full bathrooms with showers and what not but their staff are handsdown some of the friendliest I've ever met.

Stopped to fuel and wash windows on the big truck at about 0300 and July 12, 2024. There was an associate (manager) out at the diesel pumps with a checklist!!! I have never seen that in 26 years of driving! The bathrooms were immaculate, the squeegees were in perfect shape and the bug wash buckets were full. Diesel pumps were clean and I didn't see one piece of garbage in the parking lot. The manager actually THANKED an employee for mopping. I didn't catch any names but I saw two ladies and one gentleman that evening and all three were stupendous and professional.

Decent-sized convenience store with gas station, on the corner of 58 x 295 highways. The gas station is always busy and their parking lot can get crowded.

They have some restrooms (could be cleaner, it smelled like a cat's litter box in there!), a Cinnabon counter, and a Subway that connects on the inside.

Stopped for gas and they had everything!An oasis in the desert. Being a truck stop I guess they would. There's plenty of stall in the restroom and there's a subway in the truck stop. Being in Nevada has spoiled me, gas was quite high. Staff was friendly and helpful..

Extremely poor customer service. Manager & employee (Nikki) were argumentative over which register to go to. Instead of simply ringing up the product, Nikki wanted to be combative over some sodas. Do not drink the sodas. The ice machine isn’t thoroughly clean out due to the foul taste which is health violation. Half of the soda products were not available. These individuals need to be retrained on proper customer etiquette.

This Pilot is little oasis with all the normal amenities. They are currently under construction but still operational. I’ve stopped here a few times.

Never coming back, as I walked walked up to the counter, waiting for some old woman working here to help me get fuel, some other guy walks up with a cup of coffee and she goes right to helping him, I feel very discriminated
