Worst customer service ever! The business owner/ supervisor has no manners or customer service at all. We had an incident where we purchase our products from the store that is located by the food court. The employee forgot to place our product in our bag. We didn’t notice until we got home. We called the number on our receipt and that’s when Esther answered and had nothing but nasty things to say to us. She wasted our time and was extremely disrespectful went as far as calling us liars and thieves. After such mal treatment I didn’t even want to do business with her and asked for a refund. That’s when she really flipped out again and yelled and continued to be disrespectful. At this point I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with her or this brand. If I find out this post is taken down. I will rewrite on here.

Fes always takes his time to make sure I purchase the right extensions, he is great at color matching and gives the best experience while being there. He treats every client like a friend and makes sure they are happy when they leave. The other employees are always great at helping and recommending products as well !

The experience at Solyana Beauty is outstanding! You can find everything you need in that place from lashes, makeup, and even skin care!
They have many different selections and styles in wigs. Also they carry a variety of options for their ponytails. These are easy to use and look very natural. The human hair extensions are by far my favorite. They are long lasting and luscious. Worth every dollar!

Love this place! The owners Aster n her son Fes are the best! They are extremely knowledgeable and are always very helpful with whatever questions I may have. I have been buying my hair bundles from them since 2012 after wandering into their original store in Seaside, clueless n simply wanting some guidance as to what would suit my hair needs. Aster was so nice n took her time n explained what would be best for me and answered all the questions I had. If it wasn't for her I honestly dont think I would of known what to do or who to go to cause everywhere else I went they were rude n treated me as if I should already know what I'm doing. I love the great quality of the hair n of course the customer service simply ties it all together!
