Had been using these products for years. One day I decided to try the “Actives” creams which was a little different formulation than the regular creams. I had a reaction to them. Contacted GoPure Beauty and they refunded my money. I never had a reaction to their serums though. So today 11/11/2023 I ordered two serums. Next thing I know I get an email from Customer Support telling me they cancelled my order because they saw where I had a reaction before. They DID NOT contact me first. I might have been ordering this for someone else as a gift. We don’t live in a “free country “ anymore. The GoPure Beauty took it upon themselves to cancel my order based on information that wasn’t all correct. I don’t think this should be their decision as to what a customer can or cannot order. That’s a decision that the customer should make if they want to try a product out again. But in my case, I never had a problem with the serums.

Have been using products for a few years now, I LOVE THEM. I'm 58 and people think I'm much younger. Will continue to use the same products because I know they are very effective and at reasonable prices ?. Thank you GoPure Beautiful ❤️
