She really takes the time to evaluate my skin and do things that are specific for what my skin needs at that time but everyone I’ve seen here is great. My wife is a veteran of skin care treatment, since she has challenges with her skin due to allergies and her skin type. So If she makes a recommendation for top notch skin care -- I'm taking it.

I came in two weeks before my wedding because I wanted our pictures to be as best they could be. I had a blemish on my forehead that I always wondered if it could be removed or improved.

Angela did a quick diagnosis and told me it could be improved quite a bit. She gave me the full treatment from start to finish and answered all my questions. It turns out the "improvement" she mentioned was 85%. I was thinking maybe 30% at best!

She took the time to educate me on my skin type and how to take care of my skin going forward. Especially since I had some sun exposure issues that needed treatment. Her product insights steered me toward the best bang for my buck-- not for a huge sale.

I had an acne facial and back treatment with Mila and I have regrets. I really wanted to love this place, unfortunately my experience was deeply unsanitary, uncomfortable, needlessly painful, high pressure, and also there was a giant spider in the treatment room.

First, Mila was not wearing gloves while doing extractions. Which I saw and could feel her bare fingers and nails digging into me while she squeezed. Second, she used a q-tip to swab a lip mask onto my lips and then used that same q-tip again to swipe more of the mask off the tube. She might as well have just used the tube right on my lips.

Third, I have a scar on my back that looks like a pimple. I told her it was a scar and she said “I can tell the difference between a scar and a pimple” which she clearly couldn’t because she spent 5 minutes stabbing and squeezing it even as I told her AGAIN that it was a scar.

Fourth, there was absolutely no way for me to lay face down on the table that didn’t hurt my neck. I’ve not had this problem anywhere else, but the tilt of the headrest forced me into a position where my neck was either bent back or unsupported depending on how high it was.

Fifth, she was quite pushy about selling products and even though I tried to politely decline, she was insistent and I ended up buying something I didn’t need because I have horrible social anxiety and felt like I couldn’t say no. I also left a 20% tip because I just wanted to leave and was running on autopilot and that’s what you’re supposed to do, right?

Finally, there was an ENORMOUS SPIDER in the treatment room? It was chilling by the chair where I was auto deposit my clothes when I went to get dressed again, and since it wasn’t there before, that means the thing was crawling around! I should’ve said something but I just wanted to leave and I couldn’t bring myself to say anything else that might result in me staying there any longer.

Judging from the responses to other negative reviews, I’m pretty sure they’ll come on here and try to discredit me or tell me I misunderstood or whatever, but my eyes were open for the bare hands and double dip lip mask and the scar on my back was red and irritated for days. I’m glad other people have had such great experiences, but I really didn’t. I regret going here, I regret spending $350 here.
