This company has a terrible return policy. I am one of what they call "partners " meaning I order products from them for my spa. I have placed numerous orders with them at different times and at times I've revived wrong products. Normally this kind of mistake can be remedied by a simple phone cal. However with this company you have to go online create an account then take pictures of the products and print the label ship these products back to them and then still I have paid for the wrong products!
If it wasn't for the great products and an amazing local representative I would never order another single product from this company.
