Sterling Wells
I’ve had chronic neck pain for a very long time, and found massage therapy to be a savior for me. The end of 2022 my massage therapist, that I had been seeing weekly for over a decade, retired and I thought it would be impossible to find another one that would be able to help me as much as she had. I just don’t get a massage for relaxation, and it is hard to find someone who will look beyond their routine of light and fluffy massage therapy, and that also really knows their anatomy and how work your body. After researching deep tissue massage for a few months, I decided on Mantra. I coincidentally was booked with Sterling Wells after a cancellation, and believe it was fate.

Sterling is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, uses excellent technique, and provides the best deep tissue massage. I have been seeing him weekly since early 2023, and could not be more grateful to have found someone with his expertise and experience. Thank you Sterling for keeping me pain free and able to live my everyday life!

Ive been coming to Stephanie since December and she is phenomenal! My job requires me to stay in various unergonomic positions for extended periods so my issues differ from session to session. Stephanie is consistently able to identify where the problem starts…working out the muscle groups to target the source, not just where I’m experiencing the discomfort. Her medical background, attention to detail, and expertise in different techniques are so appreciated, and she’s also a pretty cool person as an added bonus 🙂 sessions with her are now a must-have, routine part of my self care each month and I’ve referred co-workers to her as well!

I’ve now seen Crystal for my massages for several months and I swear by her hands! My fiancé and I went for a 60 minute couples massage a few days ago. We had Stephanie and Eleanor. Both did a great job; prior to starting they talked to each of us asking about trouble areas and pressure we would like. During the massage they both checked in a couple of times to make sure the pressure was what we wanted and we were doing okay. Even after, they gave a review of tight areas and maybe some tips on keeping those spots a little looser. Overall fantastic experience for both of us.

McKenzie is just amazing! I followed her here from her old place of employment. Her pressure is always perfect and she tailors each massage to however I’m feeling or needing that session. Whether I need medium relaxation and centering work to deep therapeutic work out the knots, McKenzie always makes sure I’m well taken care of and leave feeling like I’m floating on clouds!

I like deep tissue massage and there is no such thing as too much pressure, so seeing a new therapist can be hit or miss. I've been to Mantra a few times now, and not once have I been disappointed! I have seen four different therapists there, and every one of them has been wonderful. The last two times I booked with Stacy and will continue to request her. Yesterday, I came in with knots in every muscle in my body and left so relaxed I was almost cross-eyed!! She really knows how to find the "hot spots" and address those while still giving me a great full body treatment. 10/10!!

I came in today to see Maggie for a massage. My back and neck were very stiff and in pain from working at a desk all day. The pressure was perfect and Maggie did an all around amazing job. I’ve had massages from multiple places, including expensive spas in Vegas, and this was by far the best. I will definitely be coming back!
