There are currently two cashiers available and a long line of people. Poor planning by management. And the place is maintained shoddily. You can find some amazing bargains but the place is disorganized, messy and depressing.

And when I returned home and prepared to wash the three-pairs of Perry Ellis I purchased (in a single box), I discovered only two pairs of underwear in the box.

They used to be called Burlington Coat Factory but under their revamped name, they are a discount outlet which reminded me of a large and roomier Ross'. I purchased car mats at an amazing price but found the place depressing.

We love this location as it has a huge selection due to its larger size. We live about an hour away and travel here because my wife and kids love it.

This place has THE most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever had the misfortune of needing to use. It is so unpleasant to have to use the rest room while shopping and be so disgusted that you just leave the store to go use your bathroom at home. Please hire a custodian. Horrific.

A huge three-story store with the same huge queue, we didn’t wait and left, although we wanted to buy.

I was there to buy a holiday mug. They have so many to choose from. Great prices too.

I came here to bring back a few items and was pleasantly surprised to see the store very clean and organized (not their usual MO).  I ended up finding a couple great deals so rather just do a return, I decided to an exchange.  The lady at the register acted like she’d never even seen a debit card before, let alone knew how to do an exchange.  I asked if there was someone else who could help me, since she seemed to be having such a hard time, and she looked at me like she just ate a lemon.  Hey lady, not my fault you suck at your job!
