Don’t come here for anything but to buy product that does NOT require Gloria doing your hair. TRASH! Someone asked for the top to be braided like the first picture with the bottom part braided down like the second picture BUT ended up looking like the third picture. GARBAGE!

I called asking for a product and the lady refused to look and told me to come in and look for myself. I did not want to waste my gas driving across town for a product that may or may not be there. I do not recommend this place, customer service was terrible.

I went to this location looking for a certain style. The piece that interest me didn’t look the same as displayed. I also asked for a specific color in which they had. This is where it gets interesting...bc of COVID they NOW have detailed rules posted for try ons, but I was told no! Understandable, but when I asked if SHE would at least take it out so I could see it, she said no! I politely turned around, used their hand sanitizer and walked out!! Not too fond of having to beg people to take my money...
