Awful employees. Management needs to train them on people skills if they want more sales. Walking by this business today on Black Friday, I was approached my a male who was trying to hand me a sample and I politely said “no thank you” to which he said “it’s lotion” to try to reel me in and again I politely said “no thank you” and he said “what? You can’t say anything other than no thank you?!” I just continued to walk by. I walked by again on my way out, and tried to walk as far from the store as possible to avoid the sales people and this women yelled to get my attention while I was 8-10 feet past the store. These rude and aggressive tactics are terrible for their business. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Was walking through the mall in Modesto on June 8th and a female employee standing out front asked me a question and I said “No thank you.” I’m a people pleaser and said it nicely and knew if I stopped I’d be stuck in a sales pitch like I have in the past. I can’t say what she then said to me in Spanish but my daughter’s friend who speaks Spanish said “she just cussed you out” and filled me in on what she said. I don’t know in what world it’s ok to cuss someone out for saying no thank you and in front of children. She stormed off into the store after and I never even confronted her about what she said.

Ladies are too pushy to get try to get you to buy stuff, it’s overpriced by a lot in comparison to you just going to Amazon or any other online store to buy any of those products. They say they are cutting you a deal but they’re not at all. Would not recommend.

I was walking through the mall with my mom and then man proceeded to say excuse me to get my moms attention I tried to tell her to ignore him but my mom so naive she went over to him and he started to put some cream on her hands and I tried telling the man that we have to go and he said “ok you can go, bye” and my mom said that I’m her son which I am and he proceeded to say “oh I’m sorry” so the service was already looking bad and he tried to force to sit down on some chairs which I said no I will stand next to my mom anyways my mom ended up spending 50$ on a very small pack of cream and fell for the scam honestly very disappointed in her
