I started purchasing Mobaak products back in 2020, and it has been a fantastic experience ever since. Personally, I love the variety of seasonal fragrances they offer, each one perfectly capturing the essence of the season. Whether it's the warm, comforting scents in the fall or the refreshing, vibrant aromas in the spring, Mobaak never disappoints.

Walking into the store is an experience in itself – the atmosphere is always calming and inviting, with an incredible selection of products. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help me find the perfect fragrance for my home or for a gift.

Overall, Mobaak has become my go-to place for candles, body oils, and more!. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their space with beautiful scents.

I miss not buying candles at Mobaak, because I have moved our of state. One of my favorites for summer is the citronella. But, there are many others to choose from as well as soaps, room freshners, etc.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. I purchased a candle that was damaged when I opened it. When I tried to return it, the staff were completely evasive and refused to provide a refund or even attempt to resolve the issue. Their attitude was shockingly bad—rude, dismissive, and completely unconcerned about customer satisfaction.

It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or their reputation. If you’re considering shopping here, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else where your business is valued and issues are handled professionally.

I strongly advise others to avoid this place. There are plenty of stores that will treat you with respect and provide better quality products and service.

The products are great and the store is nice. However, the lady working there named Avery was a -1 at customer service. I had heard great things about this place only to not even be greeted or acknowledged at the store. There were some candles by the candle bar, and I asked where can I find those candles only to get a snotty answer about a candle bar acting like we were the ones that worked there and knew all about there store. My friend and I will definitely not be back in here. This is the worst customer service ever!

I love Mobaak! You can smell the freshness from a mile away, but it’s not overpowering at all! Their fragrances are very unique and refreshing, making my home feel more cozy and welcoming. I come here to restock on candles and body oils. They have great scents for all seasons of the year, but am loyal to their Palo Santo fragrance. I hope they make the Neroli+Primrose Jasmine mist in candle soon. Their ingredients are completely safe. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s a bit pricey, but the quality of their product is unbeatable. Completely worth it, which is why you can never go wrong with gifting someone Mobaak for birthdays or special occasions!

I love this neighborhood shop. It’s impeccably designed and makes you feel like you’re shopping in the Bay Area without any of the traffic. They have an ever expanding line of artisanal quality products, and it’s so hard to choose which items I want next. I look forward to trying more of these locally produced products for years to come.

(Sigh) While the storefront and some of the staff is pleasant it’s not that way across the board. Rebekah who was responsible for helping me coordinate our private candle bar party was so slow to respond and made it seem as though she was being bothered by the questions I had prior to booking a $690.00 private experience. Nonetheless we were successful and excitedly anticipated the day of. Unfortunately our anticipation and excitement was met by Aime a lackluster employee who was not happy to assist or be a part of our experience. She seemed irritated as she lethargically navigated through the process. Instead of requesting the attention of our group of 14 people she would start talking and expect immediate silence and attention. She would stop talking mid conversation and just glare at people in conversation who didn’t realize she had begun speaking. While the place looks cute and smells nice it’s not worth it at all. You can buy a candle anywhere, it’s all about the experience for me. If it wasn’t a team building activity with my coworkers the experience might’ve been a complete loss. Definitely wouldn’t go back, and sadly as I read the previous reviews they won’t care, it’s consistent and it definitely wasn’t an isolated incident. The products are lovely, but their attitudes are sour.
