They failed to deliver on time. Had to contact customer service so many times and problem was never resolved. Cancelled in the end. Very disappointed.

My favorite place for my lotions and my shampoo and conditioner, I do recommend this beautiful place, as soon as you enter the smell transfer you to another place of paradise. Is soooooooo good that you fell in love with that place.

Waste of time fighting traffic to come to this location. Very limited selection and nothing special about the prices at all in my opinion. I buy a lot of L’Occitane and this spot is not worth coming to in my opinion.
