We got 5 things and before the kids picked out the 6th item, the staff came over to remind them that they get the 6th free from the buy 3 get 3. And they went the extra mile to interact with the kids afterwards.

Got my 3 year old daughter’s ears pierced at this location. I forgot the associates name but her customer service is wonderful & very warm towards us, communicated step by step throughout the piercing process, & informed us of the current promos they had going on without feeling bombarded.

Had signs everywhere that said buy 3 get 3 free. Didn't honor it. To keep my word to a couple of 5 year olds and a 3 year old I had to purchase $100 worth of plastic junk that definitely wasn't worth it. Scammed once, will never shop at Clair's anywhere again.

I visited Claire’s on March 13 with my mother and nieces, the lady that attended us name was Alexis she was rude and inconsiderate with my third-age mother that has diabetes and Cannot see right, she wouldn’t let me an adult sign for my nieces for them to get eat piercings. Just in case that the store owner reads this review we were going to buy over 500 in just earing. This store has horrible customer service
