I scheduled a last minute ride from Mojave to Lakewood California and they came thru for us with flying colors. Tina answered our urgent call and was so calm cool and collected and reassured us that we would get there just in time. The communication between Tina and Michael throughout the whole process was five stars to say the least! The driver Donyea was so pleasant and calm even though he drove over 2 hours in traffic to our location. This is our second time using them and will continue and highly recommend.

The driver Michael drove my mother, my two kids, and myself up to Vegas. He was very respectful and kind . He was very patient with us when we stopped for food and for me to tend to my children. I had to give this experience a 5 star rating because that’s exactly what it felt like.

Scheduling my pickup wasn't the smoothest transaction, not sure if the dispatcher couldn't hear me well or something, but the overall experience more than made up for it. When the driver Travis arrived he greated me with a smile, saw I wasn't ready, & told me not to worry he was patient. Once he saw why I needed a ride, dead car battery, he kindly helped me get the last stuck bolt out (and that was no easy task!) & carried the battery to his car. We went to autozone, swapped it for a new battery & headed back. He was very professional & such a gentleman helping me with the battery, and all the while just as happy and friendly as can be. My misfortune that morning was making for a bad day, but his cheerful attitude & eagerness to help a stranger in need completely turned my day around. He went above and beyond, and I am grateful. I will definitely be using their services in the future! Thank you again Travis!

Would give zero stars if allowed, the woman who picks up the phone is so disrespectful (I recorded the call ) unprofessional, unintelligent, and lack the ability to articulate herself. When dealing with a business, I always call and ask for prices, then call the very next day to see if they change the prices.

Sure enough, that's exactly what happened (all calls recorded). I went through the reviews and I'm not surprised by the poor, unprofessional attitude from the dispatcher, because the company replies are just as unprofessional.

Just because you do not use profanity in your responses, does not mean that your not being unprofessional. Any action that's not directed toward generating and maintaining customer satisfaction is an action that gets your company that much closer to it's demise. Kern County is quickly changing and expanding, so soon, very soon, people will not be utilizing your cab company.

Demand the best from your employees when dealing with customers, be consistent with fees, show some professionalism when reaching out to customers, and maybe, just maybe things will get better, rather then horrible for your company.

This is a terrible company. The dispatcher was so rude.... Its was unbelievable that she had the nerve to start name calling, not to remind you she never told me about the rates. So I basically paid $10 for a $3 ride. Then I called the dispatch explained that I was not given the information on the minimum fee. She started to yell at me saying what is the problem, you must Don't have $10. Like wow, this lady being black had the nerve to down play me. But its OK, I will never call this company again. I give them no stars.
