My mom, sister and I had massages and we all agreed they were some of the best massages we have ever had. SarahLyn somehow manages to work on you Mr problem areas while giving you a relaxing massage at the same time. She is warm and welcoming. If you’ve never had a massage with reflexology before… it’s a must!! Sarah Lyn at Rainforest Bodyworks For Women in Ketchikan, Alaska was absolutely incredible! I had hot rock and cupping therapy with massage that just loosened me up so much!! I highly recommend any woman to call on Sarah for any of your relaxation needs including yoga.

I've have had several massages from SarahLynn, she is AMAZING! She has an intuitive ability to find the places that need work when if I didn't realize it. I've never come away from a session with her without feeling so much better. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed, her space is soothing. She uses cupping and energy work to release tension and pain. I can't recommend her enough.

To begin, do not be fooled if you drive up to a house. Sarah Lyn coverted an upstairs apartment into her studio. It is a lovely, welcoming place and very peaceful. I participated in a Chakra balance class for stretching, fascia release and learn something new. Sara Lyn was wonderful! She will guide you throughout the moves and give you assistance. She has blocks and blankets, etc... to aid in movements. She has a calming voice and wonderful personality as well. Note...you pay upfront when you book online which aids to no stress when attending. Later, will post about the "Friendscape" yoga...the best!!

Pain and mobility limitation in shoulder and leg gone - Woohoo!
I can do things today that I couldn’t do a year ago. I can run, again!!!!! YAY! I can swim butterfly once again! These results directly from Sarah’s massage with cupping and recommendations. This was over about eight months and six or so 1.5 hr appointments.
