I stopped here because it was close to my hotel while visiting California. I was immediately greeted with a beautiful smile & enthusiasm. Once "Tequila" finished with her previously customer she took the time to assist me with advice & recommendations of products for my hair. MAJOR CUSTOMER SERVICE VIBES!!!! I had a great experience with this beauty supply store. The young lady is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Also she welcomed me in with welcomed arms, very bubbly and friendly at the same time. This is now my favorite store and I will be buying Everything I need for my hair. I will be telling all my family about this place too.

Best customer service experience!!!!!
I came for three reasons:
1. the model on the top right exterior corner of the business told me about it.
2. It's black owned
3..Went to Glamor Beauty Supply on Sonoma yesterday. Have been going for there for 8 years. Lady follows me and hubs around the store like she never saw us a day in her life. ? I hope it was worth it.

My money will be going towards supporting this black owned business from now on.

This is the best customer service I've had in a long time. From the minute my daughter and I walked in Tequila was SO helpful and kind. She has an amazing range of products and accessories that I couldn't find anywhere else. I drove an hour round trip and it was 1000% worth it, can't wait to go back.

Loved this store and the owner, Tequila. My first was today. She helped me select a black owned brand of braiding gel. I appreciated her insider knowledge about the different brands. And she just has a beautiful energy. Her love for Black people and specifically this community is palpable. She’ll be getting ALL my money. I’m so happy to shop local and black owned!
