Had a great experience here! I received an infrared sauna session, a hydro facial and the NormaTec. Each service was new for me and I thoroughly enjoyed them all. I believe it was Amanda who helped me while I was there and she was super friendly and explained all of the processes in detail to me. Will definitely be back when I can 🙂

WOW! My bestie surprised me for my 40th birthday and took me for my first cryo experience here and it was AMAZING! The sauna afterward…Heaven. The Normatec on the legs…incredible. The whole experience was sensational! I cannot recommend this highly enough. Thank you to Hilary for being our wonderful guide for the afternoon. You are such a gift ?

I have had such a welcoming experience here by all the staff members. The girls are super sweet and make me feel comfortable during all my services. My first month I lost about 14 pounds with a package membership. Which I highly recommend. Amanda guided me in the right direction for a healthy lifestyle balance. The cryo therapy has been life changing where it has decreased body inflammation and joint pain dramatically. I no longer reach for pain medication in regards to RA and migraines. They have an abundance of services to help you with self care at a reasonable price. I cannot say enough great things about this establishment. I wish I would have known about these benefits sooner. Scheduling appointments are super fast and easy online or in person.

What a great experience! I’ve been going in weekly for the full body cryo and infrared sauna and I feel Amazing! By far my favorite benefit I’ve noticed is how well I sleep now, my joint pain is gone and my body is so relaxed. I went from sleeping 4-5 hours a night to a solid 7-8. The staff is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s always clean and comfortable inside. It’s made Wednesday’s my new favorite days!

This place is amazing! I went to cryotherapy with a big group of people from my gym today for some much needed recovery. They had all the treatments set up for us when we got there, along with a spectacular charcuterie board for all of us between our sessions. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be back and will be referring people to go here !

I would definitely recommend this!! I felt amazing after the cryotherapy. The infrared sauna was surprisingly nice I'm not someone who usually likes saunas due to the miost heat. The staff were every sweet and professional. So go try it once you do you'll want to book another session right away.
