Dr. Hodari and the team of experts are unmatched!! I recently had a HALO + BBL treatment with Megan, RN, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, Megan was exceptional. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, which made me feel completely relaxed and confident in her care. Her professionalism and warm demeanor were truly reassuring.

Upon leaving, I received cheers from the sweet ladies behind the desk!! What a confidence boost and a way to make a patient feel truly appreciated!!

Went for annual skin check. Saw the doctor within 10 minutes of arriving at the office. Very thorough examination. Doctor and assistant both extremely personable. One suspicious spot discovered on my shoulder which was removed, without pain, for biopsy. Receptionist super nice. Got most excellent Mexican spicy chocolate on the way out. Nice ambience in the office. Will be back in a year.

I had a great experience with this provider a few years ago, and to be fully transparent, I DO plan on going back there for follow up, but will be more cautious of who I make my appointment with.
I went back recently and was extremely underwhelmed. I met with Imelda Mata, PA-C for a new patient consult. While everyone else in the office was helpful and professional, the one person I was actually “paying to see”, the PA, was hurried and gave me hardly any information about skin care. She literally spent less than 6 minutes with me and I don’t even know if she read my chart because she ended up prescribing me a medication that I had indicated in writing and verbally to her, that I was already using.
She came in, saw my skin, asked if it was worse if I ate dark chocolate, Spicy foods or drank wine and then told me she would prescribe me two topical medications. I asked what one of them was and said “it will help with redness and inflammation” now I’m concerned that she actually doesn’t know what it is because I had just told her I was taking the generic form of it.
I left with the feeling that she had more important things to do than spend time addressing my concerns.
I did call to express my disappointment and her medical assistant was super professional and as helpful as her scope of practice would allow.
So - while I would give the office and the other providers 5 stars, Imelda brings it down to a 2.
