My experience was not good. I would highly recommend going in to check the facility before making an appointment. The shop needs a good cleaning. Also check the technicians. I am sure there is a good one, but not the one I got stuck with.

I didn't get my nails done because my appointment was at 4 p.m. and the guy didn't take me back until 4:30. I handed him the color dip powder I wanted and he kept asking me what I wanted. I just said I don't feel comfortable and I left. They can't see customers in a timely manner. They must not need our money very badly.

Honestly, i'm not sure, yet the first time I went there, I enjoyed my visit. On my second visit, I got full acrylic nails, and it was a poor job. I'll give him one more chance, and we'll see what my review looks like then.
