my purchase on 12/9/23 was great. The young lady was very knowledgeable of the products I purchased. Without her knowledge I would have left the store. I don't wear makeup I was looking for gifts. She didn't have a lot of makeup on she was a natural beauty. She's a great asset to your company.

I received an email in the morning about a 20% off sale so thought yes might as well stock up. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and talked with the sales person for a few moments. It was a nice experience. But once I went to pay for my items it changed when I was helped by another sales person. I don’t think she was happy to be there. She just scowled at me and when I asked her about the discount she scowled even more and said yes if you’re a member you get 20% off . I said I am a member . Her reply was I guess I can look that up for you. When the sale was concluded she handed me my bag l like I was full of germs. I did not receive a thank you or a goodbye. I guess that would have too difficult. Even though my purchases are helping to pay her salary and without customers she wouldn’t have a job. Wow what terrible customer service. Too bad that is the name she is giving your lovely store. the only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the first person I talked with.

This store is the worst. I bought something and my order was missing an item. They have refused to replace or refund me and are calling me a liar. They are very condescending and rude and I will never purchase from here again.

This is my third time at the Roseville Galleria location. I liked how the worker greeted my sister and I when we walked in. She asked if we needed help with anything. We were looking for blonde hair products to maintain the color of our blonde hair. The worker was kind enough to suggest a hair product from Purology (unsure if that’s even the correct spelling). However, I didn’t like how she promoted the sale which was buy three, get one free while ringing up the items. I wish she would of told us right after greeting us so we can think throughly on how to spend and what to buy. Also, I didn’t like how the product I was looking for was out. I was given a sample a month ago on a KMS Color Vitality conditioner. There was only one big bottle and they didn’t have the small one. I wanted to purchase two big bottles but there was only one. Based on my first visit, I didn’t like how they didn’t promote on becoming a member to receive 20% off. I had to learn this from my second visit. Overall, I am okay with my experience. I wish they had the stuff I was looking for in stock and it’s sad that you are not told about the 20% member discount unless you say something.

They're always out of 4N hair dye color. If it's your most popular than order more quantity. It really messes up your customers and then we have to use each box dye last minute.

They have quite a few of the nicer brands but they dont carry a full range from each one. When they said they didn't carry the hair smoothie I was looking for I asked for a recommendation. I was pushed to buy a similar product that was $25 more. It was a bit overpriced.

Was a cute store with a wide selection of products with great prices, they sell Sigma Beauty products wich is a HUGE deal for me!!! They great customer service as well as a clean and well lite store. Will definately go back after the holidays
