Amazing customer service! 10/10! I couldn't recommend this business enough! They have the best trainings here if you are looking to become a PMU artist you will definitely not regret it! They are always there for you when you need them! I have texted my instructor (Irene) when I'm in the middle of a client and she will respond to you within minutes to help you and guide you through any service you may need help with. I have never had that experience with any of my other trainings I have done with other companies before and as a newer artist you may need that help right away when your with a client and don't know what to do or how to handle certain situations. Hands down the best instructors here! They truly care about your success! Their business when I showed up for my training
was so clean on the outside and inside with lots of yummy snacks...hahaha! Everyone was so kind and so friendly! I felt like a Queen when I was doing my training there. Not to mention they have all the best pigments and needles. If you ever have questions about anything they will answer them. Super fast deliveries for my supplies! They are all so very organized and so knowledgeable! They also have a very supportive Facebook group so if you need to ask a question about anything your wondering about you can ask without feeling embarrassed because they will never give you bad feedback always so positive and so helpful and uplifting about anything you ask or post. I love SOFTAP so much I have never felt so good about my new career than I do with having them in my corner rooting me on! THANK YOU!

I wanted to have my brows done and spent time researching companies that I would feel confident were knowledgable, experienced and professional. There are many companies that provide this type of service but most do not have the training and experience like Softap Inc. provides. Boy did I luck out coming across Softap. Not only are there two incredibly talented young ladies to provide the services they also are very knowledgable about all the products they use. I was also impressed by the fact that they make all the products locally. Since this was a big decision to make I went in for a consultation and immediately was comfortable and felt their was no reason for me not to move forward.
I had my brows done and I am so happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this as one of the top companies, if not the best, in this line of work!!! Thank you Irene and Alexis as you ladies are awesome.

Had my eyebrows microbladed and I absolutely love them. I showed the tech a picture of my style and we picked the right colors. She drew on the brows for my approval before any ink went on my skin. They are just amazing.

SofTap teaches microblading the "SofTap" way and they sell their products there. It's a family run business of the sweetest ladies I've ever met! Very cary, concerned and always available when you have a question!
