Dr Leon was friendly and professional. She explained each phase of treatment well, and recommended follow-up care, also. I would recommend her to any of my friends.
Staff was very professional, courteous, and pleasant.

Saw Dr.Ting today, first time patient, he was ok, not my favorite dermatologist. He was quick and talked most about the co insurance and deductible more than my mother concerns. We paid our copay and as we were on our way out the front desk lady insisted we could not leave without paying our deductible and co insurance. I told her to bill our insurance and then if the deductible has not been met we would be happy to pay the balance. She was adamant that we could NOT leave till we paid our deductible according to their office policy. It got to the point where we talked to the billing manager and she took care of the situation. This was an AWFUL experience and would recommend For people to stay away. What a horrific way to treat patients.

Every staff member, front office staff, technicians, medical assistants, Dr. Ting and the physicians assistants, that I’ve interacted with at California Dermatology has been professional. They all seem to care about the patients. They have all been helpful and pleasant.

Stella Lee, PA, has been my primary clinician. She has a caring demeanor. She asked appropriate questions and listens carefully. She never made me feel rushed and ALWAYS asks if there is anything else that I want to talk/ask about before she moves on. Stella seeks confirmation before starting a treatment plan, never forcing a treatment and regularly offering options. She works confidently and without ego! I truly appreciate her.

This office is so efficient that their automated system regularly send appointment reminders with the opportunity to update insurance information if changes occur. Additionally, I’ve not been kept waiting for an extended time in the waiting room or treatment room.

I recommend California Dermatology.
