She takes the time to address your concerns, offer treatment options and does not make you feel pressured. I also had a hydrafacial with their esthetician today and I was so impressed with her knowledge base. Highly recommend!

Their communication has been horrible for me. They are proactive in responding to your questions in order to get you to pay them money but as soon as I pay my deposit and fees they have been ghosting all my emails and messages. They rarely answer their phone calls. I regret choosing this place.

Today I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment. Mariah was at the front desk and seemed to be very annoyed by my presence. Considering that I was the only one in the office, and still being ignored, I greeted her to mention that I had the appointment. Mariah grudgingly responded to my greeting and asked me to leave and then come back at the exact 3:30pm appointment time. I found this to be odd considering that there were chairs in the office and I had never had such a rude exchange like this from any other Medspa. I was so upset by the interaction that I did go sit in my car for 15 minutes to read the other Silhouette reviews only to learn that rude customer care is not exclusive to my experience.

Hesitant to walk back in, while sitting in my car right outside the office, I called the office to be sure that Mariah was not going to be working on me. I was invited back in by a different staff member. Mariah gave me a heartless apology that projected her appalling behavior back on to me. I should’ve walked out the door but I had already invested so much into simply being there that I continued on. From my actual appointment time I was there for 2.5 hours to ultimately not be treated for anything. The reason for not being treated is that I had some work done the previous week. I had mentioned my previous work when I had made the appointment and then multiple times in the beginning of the appointment.

After wasting my time and energy I walked out of the Silhouette Medspa feeling completely defeated. I was so excited for this appointment, and arranged my life accordingly, only to be greatly disappointed.

My biggest word of advice for anyone that values their time and self-respect is to stay away from Silhouette Aesthetics.
