I absolutely love Helping Hands. The care and extra TLC is so top notch. I was welcomed with a hot neck wrap and so accommodated from the time I walked in.
My massage was amazing and the pain relief was exactly what I needed. I’m so grateful to be in their care. Truly you are loved here! I loved resting in the beautiful serenity room with refreshments, snacks, diffuser going, beautiful plants, books and loved to take my time here after my massage session. I couldn’t ask for a better feeling than what I had here!

I have been going to helping hands for years and I have thoroughly enjoyed myself every time. I am a busy working mom and it’s so nice to have a place that I can get away and get pampered! Carol and Ellen are so kind and make each visit so great! I also use their homemade face products and they’re amazing! The delicious flavored water is an added bonus each time too!!

Natalia gives the best massage ever. I 100% recommend her. She is so professional and knows the pressure points perfectly. Also. she is a very nice and kind lady, always asking if the pressure if ok while she is doing massage on me. She is my favourite. 🙂

This was my first visit today, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the office and restroom were. Carol is kind and welcoming. I had a massage with Tamara, and she was incredible—she applied the perfect amount of pressure and was very knowledgeable, working out all the knots I had.

honestly SO good!! I love helping hands, I have an injury that has been extremely hard on my mental and even more hard on my body and the therapists here have really helped. I had a session w/ Erfrena and she was AMAZING!!!! I really appreciate the time she took to show me it band stretches. I will recommend everyone I know to this place. I love all of the little snack options they provide and the water. I’m 4 minutes away which makes it even better. Super relaxing experience every time. Thank you guys!!!!

I loved the atmosphere of the place, so calming and relaxing. Ellen was great and knew exactly what to do for the lymphedema on my arm. I will definitely go back. Now to decide what treatment I want next.
