Security guard always flirting with the employees, no one ever helps. The gurl olivia who worked there looks like this ? emoji. She was very rude so I'm being rude back! One thing I noticed about these employees is that they always talk smack about the customers right behind their backs!!!! Whether you're pretty or not. Armondo/ Edmundo (whatever the Security name is) he's very inappropriate. John the Korean manager is not knowledgeable about products in his store. This place has changed alot in the past 2/3 years! Bring back that demi girl! She was very helpful. The two younger girls Yvonne and shaniya were very nice also ! I miss that staff! Won't be shopping here anymore since I noticed they don't work here anymore.

I come from 19th and Cactus just to have good customer service and John always have everything I need in the salt and pepper the ladies are so helpful and honest when asked their opinion they always make feel like they really appreciate my businessbut most importantly they always have a and enjoy what they do.

Scam company. Took my money and won’t refund it. Good thing I have a great bank to assist my with the refund. Do not buy from here! The manager on duty doesn’t have must knowledge on his products or proper customer service skills in regards to making a situation were he was at fault in, right. Definitely lost a customer on 10+ years

I went to this store on 1/30/24. I live 300 miles away from this store. I bought a human hair lace front wig and human hair clip in extension. I spent $311. I picked out a wig with a side part. Today when I opened the wig box it was not the wig I bought. It had no part. I called the store and spoke to the manager John and he said he was very sorry but they don't do refunds or exchanges but next time I come in he will give me a discount. R U Kidding me? I tried washing the wig and making a part, no such luck. The hair is so sparse it doesn't even completely cover the cap. DON'T SHOP HERE..
