All staff are so polite. Loved how treatment was thoroughly explained. Also, she took the time to explain different options. They were not pushy at all. They gave me my time to think about it and made me feel comfortable. Made sure to explain the after treatment care I was to take. Appointments were quick. Loved there cleanliness and how sanitary it was. Thank you for taking care of me! 🥰

AVOID⚠️Ineffective!! They aren’t giving you fresh Botox and/or over diluted. Did absolutely nothing for my TMJ. Also, (sad to say) there's really no way to tell how much you're getting by the amount you see in the syringe because different providers reconstitute their Botox based on personal preference. They are ALWAYS, ALWAYS on Groupon. Why are they trying to move product so badly? They need to stop cheating people off!!😬...⬅️ that's me before going into their office, this is me 3 weeks after the visit↪😬😫 ..Please save yourselves money, time, and frustration & look for a high-volume practice to ensure your Botox is safe and effective, not this place. Their ratings are speaking for themselves. Someone is eventually going to take the initiative for lawsuit. Shame on their honesty/integrity 😞

Today I went in for my first appointment I went in and had the Microdermabrasion treatment done, crystal is who did my treatment she was kind and polite I only wish that the treatment it self was more of what I was thought it was! It was very fast about 30min or so,I expect it to be more like a Facial to clean the skin and prep it and then what is the whole Microdermabrasion suction but no she jumps right into the suction and I also gave me options to add additional treatments witch I did I added a mask for $15 extra dollars (+tip) so my total ended up being $60 I also did a upgrade to 2 more treatments just because I felt like my skin could be more cleaner total of
$115.00 I hope my next visit goes better

But would definitely recommend to a family or friend

Came in for my second treatment and boy did it go well Cristal did a amazing job! She did a add on scrub And after this session I can definitely tell that the treatment is working my skin is so smooth and clean now
Can’t wait for my 3rd

Kristal is no longer there I had a bad experience with the person who took her place I asked for my money back on the two facials I have left and they are always ignoring me (hiding) always say I will get a call back from the owner and till this day I’m still waiting! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I had Botox and my lips done 2 months ago and one side of my lips completely deflated and is noticed by everyone. I have called and left 3-4 voicemails in 2 weeks, no returned calls, I have called numerous times and no one ever answers the phone. Trying to get my lips corrected is near impossible and extremely upsetting that I paid for a service and was not properly done and nothing is being done to correct it.

I was given a groupon for my birthday for a microdermabrasion to this spa. It had to wait three weeks to get an appointment. Once I got to the office the staff members were friendly however once I got checked in and they found out I had a groupon I was immediately rushed to the back and rushed through my service. The esthetician half assed washed my face and half assed the microdermabrasion treatment while using rubber gloves. The whole service was completely rushed. She then ran out of the service because her phone was ringing and stated “ I’m sorry I need to take this, this is really important” she was gone 10 minutes out of my 30 minute service. I have never in my life had a facial this horrible and so rushed. You can tell she did not want to do the service and I felt completely uncomfortable during my service. I appreciate the Groupon as a gift but I do not recommend going here to anyone that’s trying to relax and enjoy their time getting pampered. It’s seems that the esthetician has too much going on at that moment to be worried about her treatment or her client (me) I literally walked into the facial room at 2:03 and was tossed out at 2:30.

I was finally able to get ahold of anyone at Skinology, I was brought in on December 31st for them to review my lips and not only did they acknowledge my lips and what they looked like and how uneven they were, they did not even offer to do anything to fix/correct it. I HAD TO PURCHASE A FULL SYRINGE AT A $20, yes $20 DISCOUNT TO CORRECT THIS. It gets worse, a month later my lips are in the same situation and completely lopsided . They still have 1/2 a syringe of mine in the office and will not return my voicemails. I now have called my bank and reversed the last charge from them.

ANYONE WANTING TO GET ANY TYPE OF SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY I HIGHLY, HIGHLY ENCOURAGE AGAINST IT!

Very professional and friendly. It was my first time there yesterday and i have to say...my experience was great. The Dr. Explained everything slowly and patiently. I happened to notice that they are bilingual to accommodate to Spanish speakers if needed...that to me shows interest in ALL customers. Im going goin back! Already have my appt!

I recently came to Skinology Cosmetic Center and loved this place! The ladies here (Nadine & Krystal) made me feel comfortable and answered ALL my questions before starting my treatment. I had laser treatment to reduce wrinkles around my eyes, forehead and lips. Krystal has gentle hands and made it so easy for me. I look years younger! My husband also liked my new younger skin.
